  • 1.准备一块南瓜洗干净去皮。
  • 2.切成薄片上锅蒸熟。
  • 3.里面加适量盐用勺子压成南瓜泥晾凉加少许食用碱。
  • 4.面粉倒进去办成絮状。
  • 5.揉成光滑的面团醒发半小时。
  • 6.搞成长方形薄片。
  • 7.切成条,用手搓成长条。
