菠萝柠檬果酱
菠萝做成果酱酸酸甜甜的,特别是像我这种爱吃菠萝的人,实在是无法抗拒! 每年我都会做好多各种果酱,把美味封存起来,处理得当,再用小瓶封装,放在冰箱冷藏室储存,能吃好几个月都不坏呢!自己做的无添加,更健康,用来抹蛋糕或面包都是不错的选择.....

  • 白砂糖100克
  • 麦芽糖90克

Steps to make 菠萝柠檬果酱

  • 1.准备铁皮盖的小玻璃瓶,开水消毒(瓶和瓶盖都得煮),煮15分钟,捞出倒扣控水,直到瓶子干了,里边没有水才可以使用
  • 2.柠檬用盐搓掉外边的蜡,洗净切开,挤出13克的柠檬汁(半个柠檬就够了)备用
  • 3.取下半个柠檬的皮
  • 4.切成细丝备用
  • 5.麦芽糖90克备用
  • 6.去掉硬心的菠萝切块
  • 7.放料理机里打碎
  • 8.放入不锈钢大口的煮锅里,加入白砂糖和柠檬汁
  • 9.大火煮开后,转中小火熬制,要不断搅拌
  • 10.汤汁很明显减少的时候放入麦芽糖,继续搅拌熬制
  • 11.待颜色变深黄快煮好时,加入柠檬皮丝,再煮开后,搅拌熬制一会就好了
  • 12.煮好的果酱趁热马上装瓶,盖盖拧紧,立即倒扣,放凉以后冰箱冷藏室储存!
  • 13.冰箱放了一夜的菠萝果酱,浓浓的菠萝味.....酸酸甜甜的......再加上柠檬皮丝的味道.......,细细回味.....
