  • 葡萄干40g
  • 细砂糖70g
  • 奶粉15g

Steps to make 葡萄奶酥

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.黄油软化,加入细砂糖用电动打蛋器打发至蓬松状态
  • 3.再两次加入蛋黄充分搅拌均匀
  • 4.倒入过筛的面粉和奶粉拌成面团
  • 5.然后加入葡萄干搅拌匀
  • 6.揉成面团,把它擀成薄0.3cm的面片,然后再根据喜欢的大小切块
  • 7.切好的奶酥放在垫有油纸的烤盘上,刷上一层蛋液
  • 8.上下火165度,烤15分钟,烤至上色即可
  • 9.配上果汁,几块葡萄奶酥,感受果在口中碰撞的滋味,好吃的停不下来。。。。。
