    Steps to make 芝士焗蜜薯

    • 1.食材准备:洗干净的蜜薯、马苏里拉干酪芝士碎和黄油。
    • 2.蜜薯放入烤箱烤制,温度为200度。(烤制时间根据蜜薯大小决定,断定是否烤熟的方法,是烤制到蜜薯皮肉分离即可。)
    • 3.蜜薯已烤到皮肉分离。
    • 4.用刀把烤熟的蜜薯从中间划开,蜜薯的头和尾不要划断。
    • 5.蜜薯划开部分放入擦碎的黄油。
    • 6.继续放入马苏里拉干酪芝士碎。
    • 7.再次放入烤箱烤制,温度为180—190度。
    • 8.烤到马苏里拉干酪芝士碎融化并上色,即可。
