Steps to make 南瓜汤圆

  • 1.老南瓜去皮洗净后切片。用蒸锅蒸熟
  • 2.蒸熟的南瓜用料理机搅拌成糊状
  • 3.南瓜糊和糯米粉倒入大碗中拌匀
  • 4.揉成光滑不沾手的面团
  • 5.红糖加入少许糯米粉拌匀。
  • 6.将面团搓长条
  • 7.切差不多大小的挤子。
  • 8.取一个小面团搓圆后用大拇指按压成一个小窝状,装入适量红糖粉
  • 9.用虎口收紧再次搓圆。
  • 10.利用刮刀按压出南瓜纹路
  • 11.做好的汤圆。
  • 12.表面放上葡萄干装饰
  • 13.煮锅中烧开半锅开水,小心的下入汤圆。煮至汤圆全部漂浮即可。
  • 14.趁热食用哦。
