酱拌八爪鱼
以前烧过一次八爪鱼,煮出来一大盆水,而且口感很老,还很腥,后来再也不买了。

在网上淘了几本做菜的书,书上有这道菜,赶紧买够食材做起来!连老爸都笑我,以前读书那么积极的话,现在都不知道在哪了~~ 学而习食之

  • 洋葱50g
  • 5g
  • 大蒜10g
  • 干辣椒1个
  • 拌面酱2大匙
  • 料酒2汤匙

Steps to make 酱拌八爪鱼

  • 1.准备好食材(2人份),洋葱、姜切丝,大蒜切末备用
  • 2.八爪鱼处理干净,把内脏和眼睛去掉,我这个买的时候人家帮我弄好了,放一片姜,1勺料酒腌至少5分钟(不赶时间的话最好能腌够1小时)
  • 3.小锅里放入清水,加入1勺料酒烧开后,放入八爪鱼,焯烫2分钟(书上说烫30秒就行了,我怕没熟,不想吃生的东西,不介意的童鞋请随意)
  • 4.捞出来沥干水份,用清水冲洗一遍
  • 5.放入提前准备好的一碗冰开水里浸泡10分钟
  • 6.取一口炒锅,放入适量色拉油,烧热后放入姜5g+大蒜10g+洋葱50g翻炒到洋葱变软,盛到碗里。
  • 7.加入沥干水的八爪鱼
  • 8.加入2大匙拌面酱,拌均匀(觉得太辣了,辣椒放进去又被我拿出来了)然后静置几个小时再吃,更入味
  • 9.这样做的八爪鱼,一点也不腥,口感还很嫩~~
