    Steps to make 虾仁寿司(紫菜包饭)

    • 1.大米、糯米(1/3的比例),蒸好,放凉待用。
    • 2.自制寿司醋。白醋、糖、盐(2:2:1比例)待用。
    • 3.虾仁用少盐、料酒腌制。
    • 4.热锅凉油,放葱姜蒜,出味儿放入虾仁翻炒。
    • 5.虾仁变色后开一点汤,倒点味极鲜酱油,小火焖。
    • 6.汤尽出锅。
    • 7.放凉。
    • 8.每个虾仁切两半。
    • 9.炒锅煎蛋皮。
    • 10.黄瓜切条,蛋皮切宽条。
    • 11.寿司醋倒入凉米中,轻轻拌匀。
    • 12.一切食材准备就绪。
    • 13.寿司帘上放海苔,铺满米饭,四周稍留余地。
    • 14.1/2处抹上沙拉酱。
    • 15.沙拉酱上放上黄瓜、蛋皮、虾仁,开卷。
    • 16.卷的时候力度一定要适中。你看我就用力大了,海苔都破了。
    • 17.开切。切之前刀上抹油或水,慢慢摩擦着切。
    • 18.成品出炉了。
    • 19.虾仁用尽了,再卷点香菇香肠味儿的吧。方法同上,只是抹沙拉酱改香菇酱,虾仁改香肠。
