可可蛋糕卷
此方是没有用称的、嗯、您没听错、全凭自己的手感来的、因为家里称坏了、非常时期又不敢网购.想吃蛋糕了就做了*还挺成功的!

  • 牛奶半碗
  • 香草精3滴
  • 白糖4小汤勺
  • 可可粉1小汤勺
  • 玉米油半碗

Steps to make 可可蛋糕卷

  • 1.4个鸡蛋、蛋黄和蛋白分离、分别放入无水无油的盆中、准备8分满的米饭碗牛奶。
  • 2.牛奶和蛋黄调匀、准备半碗玉米油和几滴香草精。
  • 3.入刚刚的蛋黄液中调匀、准备九分满的低筋面粉。
  • 4.蛋黄中加一小勺白糖拌匀、加入低粉拌匀。
  • 5.一勺可可粉拌匀。
  • 6.就这样吧。
  • 7.提起糊糊有折叠感、且不会很快消失的糊糊为佳、放置备用。
  • 8.蛋白中加入小勺白糖。
  • 9.打至大泡、再加一小勺白糖。
  • 10.打至细腻、再加一小勺白糖、就是这种勺。
  • 11.打至边上有纹路、提起打蛋器有弯弯的小尖角为佳。
  • 12.蛋白分三次放入蛋黄糊中、每次都要拌匀,不能划圈、上下翻拌的形式!
  • 13.三分之一入蛋黄糊中搅拌均匀。
  • 14.三分之二入蛋黄糊中拌匀。
  • 15.最后都加入拌匀。
  • 16.拌匀。
  • 17.入烤盘、震动几下、用牙签划几下、划出大泡。
  • 18.入烤箱中层、上下火165度20分钟左右!
  • 19.完美。
  • 20.倒扣。
  • 21.凉后翻面。
  • 22.没有但奶油就直接裹上了。
  • 23.放置一小时左右、夏天放冰箱冷藏一小时、用酸奶粘上草莓和蓝莓即可。
  • 24.美美哒。
