藕丸子,我们湖北人称为“藕圆子”。以前过年才有的吃,现在街边小吃很多都有卖滴。

Steps to make 炸藕圆

  • 1.准备的食材。
  • 2.洗净的藕用工具擦成细末。
  • 3.擦好的藕泥,静置5分钟后,挤出多余的水分,用中小火熬成糊状待用。
  • 4.香菇切成小丁,香菜小段,姜切成末。
  • 5.把香菇等倒入藕泥中,加少许盐,胡椒搅拌均匀。
  • 6.倒入熬好的藕汁,顺一个方向搅拌上劲。
  • 7.锅里油烧热。
  • 8.做好的藕圆下锅炸。
  • 9.捞出沥油开吃。
