Steps to make 黑加仑葡萄干小餐包

  • 1.将牛奶、鸡蛋、橄榄油放入面包桶内;
  • 2.放入面粉,面包桶对角放糖和盐,中间挖一小洞放入酵母;
  • 3.用筷子将面搅成絮状,根据面团吸水程度适当添加面粉或牛奶;
  • 4.启动面包机和面程序两次,将面团揉成扩展阶段就可以了;
  • 5.面团在桶内发酵至两倍大;
  • 6.将面团取出排气,平均分割成24个(45克/个)小面团,用保鲜膜盖好,防止干硬;
  • 7.取一面团撖成中间厚四周薄的圆形面皮,并在中间放入黑加仑葡萄干馅;
  • 8.像包包子一样包好,开口朝下整理成圆球状放入烤盘;
  • 9.面包发酵至两倍大时,表面刷全蛋液撒白芝麻;
  • 10.烤箱提前预热,放入中层,180度烤20分钟即可。
  • 11.烤好的面包色泽金黄柔软,虽然用的是直接法,但是面包组织还不错,而且面包内的馅料酸酸甜甜,特别好吃。
