奶香小餐包
昨天天气不错,虽说只有十几度至二十几度,但一早就有的阳光,给了一天充足的好天气。看着好天气,心情也跟着好得很。这款小餐包,原不是想整成这样的,是要做一个吐司的,但在整形时,又改主意了,做小餐包烤的时间短,吃时不用切,方便,何乐而不为呢?

  • 清水120克
  • 奶粉15克
  • 白糖40克
  • 4克
  • 全蛋液30克
  • 酵粉4.5克
  • 黄油30克
  • 白芝麻少许
  • 黑芝麻少许

Steps to make 奶香小餐包

  • 1.面团的所有材料倒入面包机桶内(黄油除外)。启动两次和面功能(每次十五分钟)。
  • 2.加入黄油,再启动一次和面功能。
  • 3.面团和好后,放在桶内常温发酵。
  • 4.发酵至两倍大左右就可。(用手指判断发酵是否完成)
  • 5.取出面团排气,平均分成九份(每份有55克左右),醒发十五分钟。
  • 6.把面团擀长了。
  • 7.卷起来。
  • 8.全部整成这样的。
  • 9.摆入涂了油的烤盘里(20*20)。
  • 10.盖上保鲜膜,拿到阳光照得到的地方发酵。
  • 11.一小时后,看发酵好的面包坯子。
  • 12.抹上蛋液,撒上白芝麻黑芝麻,送入预热好的烤箱内,150度烤15分钟,时间到马上取出放凉。
