糖醋盐焗鸡

Steps to make 糖醋盐焗鸡

  • 1.准备好所有食材。
  • 2.将子姜切片(垫锅底用),酸茭头、酸姜、红泡椒切丝,葱切碎备用。将鸡洗净、滴干水,用盐焗鸡粉、糖醋、蚝油腌制1小时。
  • 3.电饭锅里铺上姜片,放入3小勺清水。
  • 4.将鸡放进电饭锅里,按下“煮饭”键,电饭锅跳闸后焖30分钟。若没有把握,可用筷子戳肉最厚的部位,若筷子没带出血水,则证明鸡已熟。
  • 5.从锅里取出煮熟的鸡,切块,装盘。将电饭锅里的汁倒入炒锅里,放入红泡椒、酸茭头、酸姜翻炒几下,铺在鸡块上,撒点葱花点缀即可。
