豆沙面包
前两天做了第一款豆沙面包,今天又做了同样的面包,口感柔软、香甜可口、家人很喜欢吃。

  • 高筋面粉250g
  • 牛奶130g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 奶粉10g
  • 酵母3g
  • 黄油20g
  • 2g
  • 白糖20g

Steps to make 豆沙面包

  • 1.将材料除黄油外加入搅拌机中。
  • 2.面成团后加入黄油,夏季没软化就加入了,搅拌后就融合了。
  • 3.面团和面完成覆膜饧发。
  • 4.饧发好的面团揉至均匀。
  • 5.擀成长方型放入豆沙馅。
  • 6.擀好后再擀开重复。
  • 7.重复三次折叠。
  • 8.切成条状。
  • 9.每2条为1组,编成辫子状。
  • 10.模具中铺油纸便于取出,将面包坯两头折叠至底层,进行二次发酵。
  • 11.二次发酵完成。
  • 12.烤箱先预热10分钟,上火180度,下火165度烤28至30分钟。
  • 13.面包新鲜出炉。
  • 14.从模具中取出面包。
  • 15.将面包切件即可食用。
