Steps to make 冬瓜酥肉汤

  • 1.食材备好。
  • 2.肉切成1-2㎜的厚片加入蛋液,一把红薯淀粉,一把土豆淀粉,一把玉米淀粉拌匀。
  • 3.油烧热放入裹上面浆的肉片下锅炸制。
  • 4.用中小火炸成金黄色捞出。
  • 5.冬瓜切片,炸好的酥肉切片。
  • 6.另起锅烧水放入两片姜。
  • 7.水开后放入冬瓜片煮开锅。
  • 8.下入切好的酥肉片煮开。
  • 9.煮好后加入少许虾皮,胡椒粉,盐调味即可。
  • 10.撒点香菜美味即成。
