  • 抹茶面团:抹茶粉5克
  • 可可面团:黄油15克
  • 可可面团:白砂糖20克
  • 可可面团:全蛋液5克
  • 可可面团:低粉28克
  • 可可面团:可可粉3克
  • 装饰用芝麻10克

Steps to make 奇异果饼干

  • 1.黄油充分软化后,将全部黄油加全部的砂糖到入容器。
  • 2.用手动打蛋器搅打至黄油和白砂糖完全溶合。
  • 3.少量多次的加入蛋液,每次搅打至蛋液和黄油没有油水分离现象后再加入下一次的蛋液。
  • 4.按上材料的比例分别将三种面团的面粉+其它粉加入相应克数的黄油中,制作成三种面团。
  • 5.先将原味面团用手整形成圆柱形后,放冰箱冷冻箱片刻。这时把抹茶面团擀成薄片。
  • 6.将抹茶面皮包裹住原味的圆柱形。
  • 7.将可可面皮同理包裹住抹茶圆柱形,包上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷冻至少两个小时。
  • 8.冷冻好的圆柱面团从冰箱中取出后,稍等回温片刻后,用刀切成同等厚度的饼干片。
  • 9.放上装饰用的黑芝麻。
