Steps to make Fried Bun with Dried Scallion and Shredded Radish
- 1. Soak dried radish shreds overnight, chop them into small pieces and put them into a bowl with chopped scallions. Add an appropriate amount of salt, a little spicy sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, five spice powder, chicken essence, and olive oil, and stir well.
