Steps to make 煲仔饭

  • 1.大米提前浸泡,食材改刀备用。
  • 2.珐琅锅放入少许油,放入胡萝卜炒。
  • 3.放入腊肠翻炒。
  • 4.加入浸泡过的米粒。
  • 5.搅拌均匀。
  • 6.加入刚没过食材的水。
  • 7.盖上盖子最小火焖二十分钟。
  • 8.米粒基本熟。
  • 9.放入配菜(后面我去掉了油菜,是因为焖过头了油菜颜色黄了不好看)。
  • 10.继续盖上盖子焖十分钟。
  • 11.香喷喷的煲仔饭。
  • 12.食用前浇上一勺味极鲜,搅拌均匀即可。
