千层马蹄糕
这款甜点是朋友介绍的,说是特别的好吃。因为老公也特别喜欢吃甜点,所以就迫不及待的也做了一次。味道真的超好,浓浓的椰香和爽脆的马蹄配合得相当完美。制作起来也特别的简单,大家都可以自己动手在家里做的。

  • 椰浆100毫升
  • 炼奶80克
  • 新鲜马蹄10个

Steps to make 千层马蹄糕

  • 1.125克马蹄粉+280克水,混合均匀成为粉水。
  • 2.280克水+150克糖,煮至融化成为糖水。
  • 3.挖半碗1中的粉水倒入2中的糖水中,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.在3中加入椰浆,炼奶和切碎的马蹄粒。搅拌均匀,然后全部倒入1粉水中,搅拌均匀成为椰浆水待用。
  • 5.125克马蹄粉+280克水,搅拌均匀成为粉水。
  • 6.160克黄片糖+280克水,煮至融化,成为糖水。然后全部倒入5粉水中,搅拌均匀成为黄糖水待用。
  • 7.这是上面做好的2种颜色的椰浆水和黄糖水。
  • 8.烧一大锅开水,准备一个大盘,水开后大盘放入锅中的蒸架上。先浇上一层薄薄的椰浆水,隔水大火蒸3-5分钟至完全凝固。然后再浇上一层黄糖水,蒸3-5分钟至完全凝固。。。。。如此反复,直到所以的水蒸完。
  • 9.蒸完后,放入冰箱冷藏5个小时以上,磕出切成自己喜欢的形状即可食用。
