话说这两天美食家粽子开大会啊,各路英雄高手过招,精彩纷呈,看的我那口水是哗哗滴流啊,总算花雨中午答应给我空投,我就直奔我家楼顶仰着脖子望,到天黑了我举着火把晃,结果我望穿了秋水望断了肠,也没见天空中飘来那么一片粽子叶儿,花雨啊花雨,你是个坏银,我恨你!此句重复一百次!
   再说我这个反面教材的粽子,上个星期就包了,以前从没包过,就看我爸妈包过,然后我想搞搞新意思,弄个养生黑糯米粽子,结果做出来硬邦邦的,出门防身都行,绝对能打死狗,后来看了美食家好友gaopingzhao的杂粮粽子,才知道黑糯米要掺着白糯米的一起包才行,真是杯具啊杯具,那个主题赛我是不参加的,要不大伙儿得朝我扔鸡蛋了

    Steps to make 黑糯米粽子

    • 1.材料:黑糯米 脱衣绿豆 咸蛋黄 五花肉 粽叶 棉线绳;黑糯米、脱衣绿豆用水浸泡6小时以上。
    • 2.粽叶用温水泡3小时。
    • 3.五花肉切片后用料酒、酱油、盐腌制30分钟;蛋黄切小块。
    • 4.将泡好的黑糯米加盐、五香粉拌匀。
    • 5.把粽叶折成漏斗形。
    • 6.先放入黑糯米。
    • 7.再放入脱衣绿豆、五花肉和蛋黄。
    • 8.再放入黑糯米。
    • 9.把它折成三角形。
    • 10.用棉线绳绑紧。
    • 11.将粽子放入高压锅,放入适量水。
    • 12.压30分钟即可。
