  • 南瓜泥100g
  • 白砂糖30g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 巧克力1块

Steps to make “零添加”南瓜小蛋糕

  • 1.将南瓜泥与牛奶、色拉油混合,搅至融为一体。
  • 2.鸡蛋磕入盆中加入糖,中速打发。
  • 3.打至蛋液痕迹不会消失。
  • 4.加入南瓜泥拌匀后筛入低筋面粉,切、翻拌均匀。
  • 5.将南瓜面糊倒入模具中,约8分满;烤箱预热180度。中层,上下火,烤制30分钟。
  • 6.取出倒扣冷却后脱模。
  • 7.巧克力放入挤酱笔中隔水融化,在蛋糕表面画出表情即可。
