夏日小凉菜—泡椒凤爪

Steps to make 夏日小凉菜—泡椒凤爪

  • 1.准备主料鸡爪和泡椒。
  • 2.鸡爪洗净,剪去脚趾,一分为二。
  • 3.锅中加水,下入姜片、葱白、八角、桂皮、花椒、料酒、盐。
  • 4.水开以后,放入鸡爪。
  • 5.盖上盖子煮至水开,再煮5分钟左右。
  • 6.取出鸡爪放于盆中,在水龙头下,开小水缓冲1小时左右至鸡爪颜色洁白。(为了不费水,也可以换成用清水浸泡,中间换上几次水即可)
  • 7.冲洗好的鸡爪用凉白开洗净。
  • 8.取一容器,放入适量连同汤汁的泡椒,然后调入少许白糖拌匀。(加入白糖是为了增鲜,不用多加)
  • 9.放入鸡爪,盖上盖子,入冰箱冷藏一夜即可食用。(泡椒的汤汁要能浸泡凤爪)
  • 10.腌制好的泡椒凤爪。
