紫糯米八宝饭

Steps to make 紫糯米八宝饭

  • 1.将糯米和紫米饭一起淘洗干净,浸泡一夜。
  • 2.第二天早上沥干水份。
  • 3.放蒸锅篦子上大火蒸30分钟左右。
  • 4.趁热加入软化的黄油和白砂糖搅拌均匀。
  • 5.取一个玻璃碗,在底部依次码放好核桃,葡萄干,红枣和红绿冬瓜丝。
  • 6.取一大块糯米揉成团轻轻放入碗中,将糯米团整形成一个窝团。
  • 7.放入豆沙馅。
  • 8.再取糯米团将豆沙馅盖住,压平。
  • 9.玻璃碗上放一个保鲜袋,然后将玻璃碗倒扣过来。
  • 10.取下玻璃碗,漂亮的八宝饭胚就做好了。
  • 11.将做好的八宝饭胚用保鲜膜(袋)装好放冰箱冷冻。
  • 12.要吃的时候从冰箱取出,无需解冻,将碗倒扣在八宝饭上面翻过来蒸。
