重芝士蛋糕

  • 奶油奶酪200g
  • 黄油50g
  • 细砂糖75g
  • 牛奶80g
  • 消化饼干100g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 玉米淀粉15g
  • 香草精1ml

Steps to make 重芝士蛋糕

  • 1.先制作蛋糕底部,将消化饼干放入保鲜袋中,将其碾碎,可以用擀面杖协助,直至粉碎
  • 2.将黄油融化,放入微波炉转1分钟左右,成液态即可
  • 3.将饼干粉末倒入黄油中,搅拌均匀
  • 4.将拌匀的饼干糊倒入模具底部,用勺子背部将其压紧
  • 5. 压好后放入冰箱冷藏备用,蛋糕底即完成啦
  • 6.制作蛋糕体部分,将奶油奶酪室温软化,加入细砂糖,打蛋器打至顺滑无颗粒
  • 7. 加入一个鸡蛋后继续打,完全融合后加入第二只鸡蛋,继续打至完全融合
  • 8. 加入玉米淀粉搅打均匀
  • 9.加入牛奶搅打均匀
  • 10.加入香草精搅打均匀
  • 11.如果是活底模 在烘烤前包上一层锡纸,防止进水
  • 12.将打匀后的蛋糕糊倒入准备好蛋糕底的模具中
  • 13.用水浴法烘烤,将蛋糕模放入烤盘,烤盘中倒入热水,热水高度尽可能的高于蛋糕糊
  • 14.烤箱预热160度 烤70分钟 呈现金黄即可
  • 15.烘烤接受后 待冷却后脱模
  • 16. 冷藏些许时间即可品尝
