盐水虾——最清淡美味的吃法
这是一道几乎人人会做的简易菜,以前总是一直将配料与虾一块煮,而老杨的做法感觉虾的口感要更加Q弹,以后就这样做啦。

  • 桂皮少许
  • 冰块10小块

Steps to make 盐水虾——最清淡美味的吃法

  • 1.将虾洗净,挑去泥肠,葱洗净挽成结,姜洗净切块;
  • 2.锅内烧适量水,下配料葱、姜、八角、桂皮、花椒煮开,放入调料盐和料酒煮10分钟,舀1碗水出来放凉;
  • 3.另起锅放置火上,加水烧开,将虾放入,用筷子搅拌,煮至虾9成红色时关火;
  • 4.虾捞出来,用凉水洗净后,放进冰水中冰镇一下;
  • 5.然后捞出虾,放入第2个步骤中舀出来的配料水中浸泡10分钟以上;
  • 6.摆盘,随意搭配自己喜欢的蘸碟即可;
