  • 紫薯干70克
  • 原味酸奶85克

Steps to make 紫薯司康

  • 1.备材料,紫薯干切小颗用果酒泡发30分钟后晾干
  • 2.黄油与牛油曲奇预拌粉放一起抓拌均匀后加入酸奶
  • 3.粉类与与酸奶拌均匀
  • 4.投进紫薯粒
  • 5.拌好后放冰箱冷藏1小时以上
  • 6. 把冰好的面团擀成大片
  • 7.面片两面向中间盖上去,成为三层,再擀大片,此步重复3次
  • 8.叠了三次的面团擀成1.5CM厚片
  • 9.用饼干模具按出小饼坯
  • 10.扫上蛋液
  • 11.电烤箱上火170度,下火180度,烤30分钟
  • 12.取出晾凉即可食用
