  • 1.花菇(香菇)提前泡发,然后用马铃薯淀粉和清水揉洗干净;(这样洗过花菇煲出来的汤口感更好一点,吃起来也比较滑嫩)
  • 2.用清水冲洗干净,斜刀切片;
  • 3.大葱洗净切段,姜切片;
  • 4.山药去皮洗净,斜刀切块,如果提前切好的话,最好泡清水中,以免变色;
  • 5.取适量干贝洗净沥干备用;
  • 6.鸡洗净切块。
  • 7.锅里水烧开,倒入切好的鸡块,去掉血腥味;
  • 8.用漏勺把飞水好的鸡块捞出沥干。
  • 9.砂锅水烧开,倒入飞水过的鸡块;
  • 10.放入葱段和姜片煮开;
  • 11.倒入适量的干贝;(为了更好的提鲜,使汤汁口感更佳)
  • 12.倒入切好的花菇大火煮开,改小火煲一个半小时左右;(依个人时间的充裕)
  • 13.提前10分钟取出葱段,以免煮烂影响汤汁的口感;
  • 14.倒入洗净沥干的山药,大火煲10分钟左右;(想吃的更粉一些的可以煲久一点)
  • 15.倒入山药后可调入适量精盐;
  • 16.快好时调入适量胡椒粉,煮一会即可关火品尝您的美味营养靓汤了。
