黄酒焖斑节虾

  • 1.主料: 斑节虾、调味料: 油、黄酒、葱叶。
  • 2.把虾洗净,用牙签在虾头和虾身的连接处挑出黑色的虾线。
  • 3.锅中放油,放入葱叶,炒匀。放入斑节虾。
  • 4.开旺火,沿着锅边烹入黄酒。
  • 5.焖制1分钟左右。快速翻炒均匀,关火。
  • 6.出锅盛入碗中。随同蘸汁同时上桌,即可食用。
