Steps to make 萝卜枸杞鲫鱼汤

  • 1.鲫鱼腹内有一层黑色的膜,一定要刮干净!鱼弄好后,要用厨房纸巾擦干鱼表面。
  • 2.萝卜刮皮后,切成细条状。
  • 3.准备一块姜片,把东菱多功能锅煮锅的锅底擦一遍,倒入适量的花生油,把锅加热,然后把鱼放入。
  • 4.煎好一面,再翻面。两面煎至金黄,就把鱼盛起,然后倒掉锅里多余的油。
  • 5.重新把煎好的鱼放入锅内,加入热水、料酒、葱头、姜片。
  • 6.盖上锅盖,待水烧开后,转中小火继续煮15分钟。
  • 7.把萝卜丝放入,再煮10分钟左右。
  • 8.加入枸杞,煮两分钟。
  • 9.最后加盐并洒上葱花,一碗鲜甜美味的鱼汤就做好了,而且很有营养哟。
