Steps to make 腊肠煲仔饭

  • 1.大米提前泡 1小时左右
  • 2.腊肠微波炉加热10秒,剥掉肠衣
  • 3.腊肠切片,青菜摘洗干净,葱切葱花
  • 4.青菜绰熟捞出
  • 5.砂锅底刷一层油,将泡好的米倒入,再加1.5厘米深的水,盖上盖子,大火烧开后用勺子翻动下,避免粘锅然后小火慢煮
  • 6.煮至砂锅中基本无水,米粒分明时放入腊肠青菜,打入一个鸡蛋
  • 7.煮至鸡蛋变熟即可关火,再焖几分钟
  • 8.调个酱汁:2勺生抽,半勺耗油,1匙香油。
