豆渣再利用—黑豆渣吐司

Steps to make 豆渣再利用—黑豆渣吐司

  • 1.把除黄油外的所有材料混合,揉至面团成筋后,加入黄油,揉到完全阶段。放置温暖处发酵至2-2.5倍大;
  • 2.压扁排气,将面团分成两份,滚圆后松弛20分钟;
  • 3.取出一个面团,擀成方形,同土司模同长;
  • 4.翻面,卷起;
  • 5.放入吐司模中,进行二次发酵;
  • 6.发酵至8~9分满,刷蛋液;
  • 7.烤箱预热,180度下层40分钟,上色后及时加盖锡纸,烤好后立刻取出脱模。
