爆浆猪排(炸猪排)
喜欢吃香炸的东西,又喜欢吃肉,也喜欢吃芝士,这个爆浆猪排满足了我所有的需要。
来自台湾的鸡排超人,那么红,我吃过,觉得其实很一般,老实说没有盛名的那么好吃,比自己做的,差多了。

Steps to make 爆浆猪排(炸猪排)

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.将猪肉切成片状,可以用超市里的那种猪排,方便点,当然也比较贵。
  • 3.用刀背把手剁松,别剁烂了,尽量剁久一点,让肉胶胶的,比较容易黏在一齐,旁边剁得碎一点比较好包在一起!买肉的时候注意最好不要买有筋的,剁的时候不方便。
  • 4.准备腌料,酱油,糖,油,鸡精,加一点油比较滑,加了一点蒜粉,家里刚好有,可以不加。
  • 5.腌制大概15~25分钟
  • 6.把一片芝士分成两半,既然要爆浆,多芝士才好吃啊!
  • 7.包好,千万别漏了,影响之后整体的效果。
  • 8.分别沾上淀粉,鸡蛋,面包糠。过程用手,拍不了照。
  • 9.沾好皮的猪扒。
  • 10.大火下锅,小火慢炸,这样既不会炸燶但又能炸熟,炸至金黄色就可以起锅了。
  • 11.有吸油纸的可以吸吸油先。
  • 12.剩余的鸡蛋别浪费,再加个蛋,做个蒸蛋。
  • 13.记住蒸蛋的份量,一份鸡蛋2份水,有高汤当然是最好,加点香油加点葱,适量的盐。
  • 14.搞定!肉菜都有,哈哈。
  • 15.要趁热切开,保证能爆浆!
