香软黑米糕
每次买黑米糕吃,都觉得好香啊!正好家里有黑米,也就来试试做着吃啦,还是那浓浓的黑米香,吃得很满足,以后有时间继续咯!

  • 中筋面粉80克
  • 鸡蛋4只
  • 绵白糖85克
  • 玉米油20克

Steps to make 香软黑米糕

  • 1.取适量黑米,用搅拌机干磨杯磨成粉,越细越好
  • 2.取40克黑米粉,与上述糯米粉,面粉混合均匀备用
  • 3.鸡蛋四只,不用分离,糖称好
  • 4.鸡蛋碗里挤入5滴柠檬汁,电动打蛋器打散蛋液,分三次加入糖,打约8-10分钟左右就可以了,期间可将蒸锅加足水,开火烧
  • 5.将玉米油加入,拌匀,混合粉分三次加入蛋糊中,每次拌至无干粉即可
  • 6.拌好的面糊倒入八寸模具中,封上保鲜膜,放入烧开的蒸锅中
  • 7.大火蒸20分钟,再关火闷5分钟即可
  • 8.脱模时,用橡皮刀沿内壁划一圈方便脱模,切块开吃了
