五彩大拉皮——东北经典凉拌菜!

Steps to make 五彩大拉皮——东北经典凉拌菜!

  • 1.精瘦肉切成丝用少量湿淀粉抓一下。炒锅烧热倒油,油热后将肉丝放入翻炒至肉丝变白。
  • 2.加入芝麻炒香。
  • 3.依次加入生抽酱油、盐、糖、鸡精大火烧开,关火,晾凉备用。(喜欢辣味的还可加点干红辣椒)。
  • 4.将蒜末、香菜末、陈醋或者清醋调成汁装入小碗中备用。
  • 5.鸡蛋打散加一点淀粉搅均。分两次摊成薄薄的鸡蛋皮即可。将木耳用开水焯一下。 将黄瓜、胡萝卜、木耳、鸡蛋皮切成细丝,拉皮切宽条一起码入盘中。将炒好的肉丝和调料汁倒入盘中拌均即可食用。
