  • 1.将猪骨放入清水中浸泡两小时,期间换几次水,去除血污。
  • 2.榨菜疙瘩冲洗沥水后切厚片。
  • 3.将榨菜片码放在砂锅底部。
  • 4.将猪骨放入锅中,加入葱姜、八角2粒、桂皮一小节,足量清水。
  • 5.大火烧至汤开后打净浮沫。
  • 6.将老抽2勺、干黄酱1勺调匀。
  • 7.将酱料调入锅中,转至小火慢炖。
  • 8.炖至1小时左右,肉烂。
  • 9.大火略微收汤汁即可。
