黄山毛峰是中国名茶之一。
很多徽菜都有用毛峰入菜的,茶焖大虾就是用毛峰入菜的徽菜之一。
口感茶香浓郁,虾肉鲜美,色泽红亮美观。

  • 白糖5克
  • 料酒15克
  • 鸡精2克
  • 胡椒粉2克
  • 番茄沙司20克

Steps to make 【徽菜】---茶焖大虾

  • 1.准备好所有的食材。
  • 2.黄山毛峰用温水泡开备用。
  • 3.把芝麻入锅中用小火炒熟备用。
  • 4.在把花生米也炒熟备用。
  • 5.枸杞用水稍浸泡捞出备用。
  • 6.大虾去虾须洗净备用。
  • 7.泡好的茶叶把水滗出来备用。
  • 8.炒锅到油烧热把泡过的茶叶放入锅中。
  • 9.炒制茶叶焦酥盛出备用。
  • 10.取一个小碗放入料酒,番茄沙司,胡椒粉,盐,白糖,鸡精。
  • 11.全部搅拌均匀成为料汁备用。
  • 12.炒锅到油烧热爆香葱姜。
  • 13.倒入大虾翻炒至变色。
  • 14.加入茶叶水。
  • 15.再把调好的料汁浇入,焖上5-8分钟。
  • 16.汤汁浓稠关火,摆盘的时候把炸好的茶叶,芝麻,花生米,枸杞拌均匀放在大虾上就好。
