Steps to make 【番茄配方】雪花糯米糕——Q弹漂亮的待客美味

  • 1.将糯米粉,澄粉,糖,油和水混合均匀成为面糊。
  • 2.将面糊上锅中小火蒸20分钟至面糊成熟。然后将面团冷却至手可以操作的温度。(tips 如果使用的是玻璃碗上锅蒸,一定是耐高温的特殊材质)
  • 3.在纤维揉面垫上撒上一层椰蓉备用。
  • 4.将面团伸拉开平铺在椰蓉上
  • 5.因为糯米很黏手是不易整形的,我们可以在面团的上面先铺上一层保鲜膜,在保鲜膜上面用擀面杖稍稍擀开,略成长方形。
  • 6.我们将适量豆沙馅整理成长条状放在面团上。
  • 7.将包裹豆沙馅的一头卷起,当包裹完成一圈时把面团切断,再铺入豆沙馅,再卷起直到面团卷完为止。
  • 8.将糯米条前后不整齐的部分切掉
  • 9.然后切成小段在椰蓉上均匀的裹上一层,好吃的糯米条就完成了。
