Steps to make 椒盐香煎带鱼

  • 1.冰鲜带鱼一条,冲洗干净,剪去头,摘除内脏,剪成一寸左右的小段备用。
  • 2.把锅烧热,放入适量的油,烧热后转小火。放入清洗干净沥干的带鱼段,一面煎黄后再翻到另一面。
  • 3.把带鱼块煎至两面都金黄,趁热撒上一些椒盐或自己喜欢的调味料,翻拌均匀。
  • 4.简单三样食材,简单三步就完成了这道香酥美味的椒盐带鱼。
  • 5.这个方法不费油,也不粘锅,带鱼完整。
