家常茄汁豆腐

Steps to make 家常茄汁豆腐

  • 1.西红柿去皮切小丁,豆腐切块,葱切片姜切成碎末。
  • 2.把豆腐放入淀粉里均匀的沾满淀粉。
  • 3.再放入搅打散的鸡蛋液里裹上一层鸡蛋液。
  • 4.炒锅里倒入适量的食用油,放入豆腐块,煎至两面金黄盛出备用。
  • 5.起锅烧油,放入葱姜翻炒煸香。
  • 6.倒入西红柿翻炒出红汤汁,加入生抽。
  • 7.加入蚝油,翻炒均匀。
  • 8.倒入一小碗热水搅拌均匀。
  • 9.沸腾后倒入煎好的豆腐块,炖煮两三分钟。
  • 10.稍微收汁撒上芝麻,再撒少许的香葱和蒜黄点缀下即可出锅。
