切达奶酪饼干--咸味饼干

Steps to make 切达奶酪饼干--咸味饼干

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.每片切达奶酪片上撒些面粉再叠起来,用刀先切条,再切碎。(奶酪片上沾一些面粉,叠起来切的时候才不会粘在一起)
  • 3.黄油软化后,加入糖粉、盐,用打蛋器打发,直到体积膨松,颜色略发白
  • 4.加入打散的鸡蛋
  • 5.继续用打蛋器搅拌,直到鸡蛋和黄油完全混合
  • 6.把切碎的奶酪片倒入打发好的黄油里,用打蛋器低速搅拌均匀。
  • 7.搅拌均匀后就可以加入低筋面粉
  • 8.加入面粉,用手把面粉和黄油混合,成为饼干面团。搓成长条,在案板上把饼干面团先搓成长条,再稍稍压扁
  • 9.把长条切成小段,排放在烤盘上
  • 10.表面刷鸡蛋液
  • 11.洒上芝士粉
  • 12.放入预热好175度的烤箱,上下火烤25分钟左右,直到表面金黄即可
