  • 1.准备所有材料
  • 2.藜麦洗净后泡两小时
  • 3.葡萄干切碎
  • 4.所有材料切碎
  • 5.藜麦饭隔水蒸熟,蒸至米粒透明
  • 6.碗里刷一层油,摆上枸杞
  • 7.加藜麦饭压平,在放红枣桂圆后再铺一层藜麦后压平
  • 8.放核桃 巴旦木,周围圈花生
  • 9.铺一层藜麦饭压平后撒葡萄干和松子人。碗上扣一个盘子,再拿去隔水蒸10分钟左右
  • 10.倒扣入盘子
  • 11.可以吃硌
