Steps to make Black pepper steak
- 1. Fresh beef black spine in three pieces, gently pat with the back of the knife to loosen the meat.
- 2. Xiang's black pepper sauce.
- 3. Delicious asparagus and broccoli.
- 4. Pinch a little baking soda powder (to make the beef taste tender) and add an appropriate amount of Heinz black pepper sauce.
- 5. Mix well and marinate for three to four hours.
- 6. Heat an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pot.
- 7. Put the marinated beef in. Fry over low heat for two to three minutes, press with a spatula to evenly heat the steak, then flip over.
- 8. Use a spatula to press and fry for another two to three minutes. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with crushed black pepper. (I personally prefer mature ones)
