煎猪排佐苹果酱

    Steps to make 煎猪排佐苹果酱

    • 1.猪排洗净用刀背把肉稍微拍松,加入适量盐、胡椒、姜丝和白葡萄酒腌制半小时。
    • 2.腌制猪排的过程中制作苹果酱:青苹果去核切片。
    • 3.锅中小火融化一小块黄油。
    • 4.倒入切好的苹果片稍微翻炒,并加入适量白醋、蜂蜜、砂糖、胡椒粉、盐和苹果汁(几乎没过苹果的量)。
    • 5.盖上锅盖小火熬制30分钟(苹果软而不烂),用水淀粉稍微勾个小芡。酱汁的部分就做好了,可以视个人口味撒些黑胡椒增加口味的层次。
    • 6.平底锅放少许油,放上腌好的猪排。用中小火煎2分钟翻面。
    • 7.等猪排表面微焦就煎好了。整个过程不超过5分钟,以免猪排变老失去水分。
    • 8.起锅摆盘,将苹果酱浇在猪排上即可,可根据喜好配些蔬菜、意面或土豆泥。
