  • 1.备好食材,粽子叶和马莲草是提前一宿泡的,又煮了下。
  • 2.糯米浸泡一宿。
  • 3.拿一片叶子,大头上弯成碗状。
  • 4.放入糯米,再放豆沙馅。
  • 5.从两边收拢,从上向下盖住。
  • 6.全部包好。
  • 7.放入高压锅添水没过粽子,上汽后煮30分钟关火,再焖30分钟后再开盖。
  • 8.成品。
