香辣虾尾
我们一家比较爱吃虾,晚餐就隔三差五的吃虾,因为回来晚么,不管是白灼还是红烧都很快手。现在菜场里面数基围虾和大头虾比较便宜了,今天换换口味吃辣,用大头虾做了个香辣虾,这个超辣哦,诺宝吃不了了,我和诺爸过过嘴瘾。

我说的大头虾就是罗氏沼虾,因为头比起基围虾要大很多,因此在我们这里称大头虾。这个时节的大头虾,虾头里面有虾黄的,我摘了虾尾,取下虾头里面的虾黄,用来做了虾黄豆腐,味道很鲜美。

  • 1.1、材料准备,大头虾摘下虾尾洗净备用;
  • 2.2、热锅放适量油,放入所有香料小火煸炒至香;
  • 3.3、再放入虾尾,大火煸炒至八分熟;
  • 4.4、加入料酒和少量的水,大火加盖焖煮;
  • 5.5、焖煮到汤汁收干,放盐及鸡精调味即可。
