免炸猪排
最近超迷韩国的综艺《白钟元的三大天王》,有一期是的主持人白钟元去往各个地区品尝炸猪排,当时在屏幕面前把我馋的哟,那口水...So,这次回来特地自己做了大猪排,个人不是很喜欢炸的食物,不仅费油,而且后期处理油也麻烦,所以将炸换成了烤,酥脆的外皮配着里面嫩嫩的肉,一点儿番茄酱,超美味!

  • 里脊肉500g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 面包糠50g
  • 面粉20g
  • 食盐5g
  • 黑胡椒3g
  • 料酒2ml

Steps to make 免炸猪排

  • 1.里脊肉用淡盐水或者淘米水浸泡30分钟。
  • 2.撕去肉表面的筋膜,切成大小均匀的块儿。
  • 3.用刀背或者专用的锤子砸一砸,成肉排状。
  • 4.放入料酒、食盐和黑胡椒。
  • 5.搅拌均匀后腌制至少两个小时。
  • 6.腌好的猪排在面粉里滚一圈儿。
  • 7.在放到蛋液里滚一圈儿。
  • 8.接着放到面包糠中。
  • 9.将其均匀的裹满面包糠,用手压实面包糠。(压实面包糠是为了这样可以粘更多的面包糠。)
  • 10.做好所有的猪排。
  • 11.预热烤箱,上下火190度,25分钟即可。
  • 12.烤好以后。
  • 13.切小块儿~
  • 14.挤点儿番茄酱~
  • 15.滋味更棒~
  • 16.开吃吧~
