抹茶曲奇饼干
一直挺喜欢抹茶的口味,以前想吃不会弄,现在咱可以自己做啦。正好七夕快到了,做个心形的吧,提前祝大家七夕快乐哈!

  • 糖粉50g
  • 蛋黄两个
  • 黄油80g
  • 抹茶10g

Steps to make 抹茶曲奇饼干

  • 1.准备所需食材
  • 2.抹茶和糖粉搅拌混合
  • 3.加入黄油,待黄油融化,分两次加入蛋液,用手持搅拌器滴塑搅拌
  • 4.搅拌至完全融合
  • 5.低筋粉倒入混合均匀的黄油中,用刮刀搅拌
  • 6.揉成面团,用保鲜膜包好,放入冰箱冷藏一小时
  • 7.把冷藏好的面团压成5-7mm左右的面片,准备好模具按压成形(模具从淘宝上买的,便宜还包邮)
  • 8.烤箱160度预热5分钟,调制烘烤状态,上下火都调制到160度,烘烤20分钟即可
