  • 生菜100克
  • 鸡蛋酱50克
  • 橄榄油5ml
  • 2克
  • 生抽1ml

Steps to make 意面汉堡

  • 1.准备食材:意面、火腿、鸡蛋、生菜、蛋黄酱等食材;
  • 2.清水煮沸,放入意面煮熟;
  • 3.捞出,放凉,放橄榄油、盐拌均;
  • 4.火腿切片;生抽洗净,捞出沥干水
  • 5.热锅,倒油,小火煎香火腿,起锅;
  • 6.锅中少许油,放入拌过橄榄油的意面,把调均的鸡蛋淋在意面上面
  • 7.中小火煎至微黄,加点生抽翻转另外一个面继续煎至微黄;
  • 8.煎好的意面,切成方块,(可以切自己喜欢的类型),因为我购买的火腿切方块,故意面切方块。
  • 9.切好的意面块,放上生菜、煎好的火腿、再配上蛋黄酱,放入最后放一块意面即可。
