Steps to make 香辣孜然烤排骨

  • 1.先把肋排洗净,将小辣椒,蒜和姜切碎。加入孜然粉,红糖,盐,料酒,酱油拌匀
  • 2.拌匀后,用保鲜膜封好,放冰箱腌制2到4小时
  • 3.烤箱提前预热,200度烤15分钟
  • 4.取出后二面刷上蜂蜜水,继续烤25分钟即可
  • 5.出炉后趁热吃,味道很不错
