Steps to make 奶香蜂蜜吐司块

  • 1.吐司以对角线位置切开,一块吐司分成四小块。
  • 2.三十克黄油放入大碗中,锅中放入清水,把碗放入锅中,中火加热至黄油溶化即可。
  • 3.碗中加入一汤匙的蜂蜜,一汤匙的量大概是15毫升左右,并搅拌均匀备用。
  • 4.吐司块的表面刷上黄油蜂蜜液,刷蜂蜜液的时候烤箱就可以预热了,上下温150度预热五分钟。
  • 5.刷好后表面撒上少许的砂糖,如果有粗砂糖的话最好,鱼家没有,用的细砂糖代替的,烤好后就看不到砂糖的影子了,不过不影响口感。
  • 6.将吐司块放入烤箱中,上下温150度烤18到20分钟左右。各家烤箱温度不一样,所以烤了十五分钟后在烤箱边上看着点,以防烤过头。
  • 7.烤好后取出放晾即可,美味的奶香蜂蜜吐司块就做好了。
