家常松香寿司,简单又美味
初入职场时,最爱吃的是首尔紫菜包饭,那时候工资低,一周能吃上一次就满足的不得了,尤其喜欢吃松香味和蛋黄味,真是一种享受~
前两天逛超市,不经意间看到寿司帘,想起了那时的紫菜包饭,忍不住想要动手一试……

Steps to make 家常松香寿司,简单又美味

  • 1.将蒸好的米饭,趁热拌入适量寿司醋,再放入适量的盐,彻底打散让味道均匀的渗入,稍稍放凉备用。
  • 2.将鸡蛋摊成饼状,然后把黄瓜、鸡蛋饼、胡萝卜,分别切成细细的长条状,(胡萝卜可根据自己需要适当焯水)。
  • 3.在寿司帘上铺上海苔片,将凉好的米饭均匀地铺在海苔片上,压实。然后依次将猪肉松、黄瓜条、鸡蛋条和胡萝卜条摆放好。(可根据自身需要适当加沙拉酱)
  • 4.然后用寿司帘推动着着紫菜,卷起来,要卷得紧一些。卷好后打开,将刀上抹上少许水,将寿司切成1.5cm左右即可。
